Indian weddings and astrology go hand-in-hand. Be it the kundali (horoscope) matching, shubhmuhurat (holy timing), the puja vidhi or rituals, everything happens as per the astrology. So, this time, why not invest in Indian wedding dresses that abide by your zodiac signs? Interesting, isn’t it? 

Though Red has always been like the official colour for weddings, let’s break it this time. There’s a reason that astrologers have referred to specific colours for every zodiac sign, and as it turns out, every zodiac sign has one or two "power colours"! Whatever your zodiac power colour is, you can wear it, accessorise, decorate your house with it, or just use it in some form or the other to bring out and enhance your sign's best qualities.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19): Grey and Brown

The loyal, caring, intuitive, and sensitive that Cancers are, they have two power colours: White and Silver. Like squeaky clean linens, sparkly diamonds, or blank canvases, these colours symbolise beauty and purity, and help the Cancers to keep calm, feel comfortable and hopeful.

Leo (July 23 - August 22): Gold

Leos are self-sufficient and confident, and when they want to feel the most confident, they should just wear Gold. The golden colour is associated with wealth, royalty, success, extravagance, and it will make you feel positive, and shine the brightest like the star you are.
