Returns & Refund Policy
Return from you is not a happy sight for us, though in the unlikely events you can process your return request under following policies:
1. The customer can request a refund or exchange within 3 days from the date you received your order. If you want to return any product then please mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and valid reason.
2. No returns will be accepted on the basis of colour mismatch (that can happen due to screen resolution as well) or the size as all our items are semi stitched.
3. In the unlikely event, if the product so received is defective/damaged/Wrong you should email us a photo of the same product. Email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. All Returns so received are subjected to verification solely by the quality team at Like a diva. We undergo an extensive quality check before dispatching the product from our warehouse.
5. We would request you to send us an email for any return request on- firstname.lastname@example.org with the below-mentioned details:-

# Reason for returning the product
# Photo of the product which you intend to deliver back to us
6. We accept items that are in the original, saleable condition, adequately packed and labelled, tags attached and precisely NOT worn. We will never accept any return if labels have been removed from the outfit. Only applicable for NON-SALE ITEMS.
Note- For sale items, we only offer an exchange or a credit note to be used on your next purchase. This concern should also be imitated to us within 7 days of your item being received. Credit notes last up to a three month period.
7. Made to Measure products are not returnable under any circumstances.
8. As Return shipping will not be borne by us, therefore, you may return through the delivery company of your trust but for convenience ensure the return parcel is sent via special or first class signed delivery.
9. During Return shipping, the customer should be vigilant enough for sufficient tracking and insurance as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during return transit.
10. For refunds, a transaction return charge of - 5% will be levied.
11. The duration of Refunds and Transfers solely depends on banks and local laws.
12. Products can be returned to the address provided below in regards to its process.
