We deliver worldwide. For all international orders, Cash On Delivery in not applicable.
The shipping charges will vary according to the product weight as well as the zip code of the customer.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, as most of the countries follow a 5 day work culture and courier partners would not be accessible on those days. Deliveries will be made in the normal working hours of courier companies and it varies from country to country.
Generally 12-15 days are required for International shipping, and if there is stitching involved, it can take additional 5-6 more days.
For all international shipping, any custom or duty fees levied by their country is the sheer responsibility of the customer. Like A Diva has no control on these charges as it may vary from country to country.

RETURN POLICY
 

• However, we make sure that all the products dispatched meets with a 100% quality check.Returns are only applicable within 7 days after delivering the order. 
• For any defect or damage in the product return, customers are requested to mail at info@likeadiva.com or call us at 0141-2205197.
• Refunds will take 3 days to issue once we receive the product. The refund will initiate only if the product is defective or damaged.
• No returns will be generated if the product is stitched.
• Refunds and transfers will depend on banks and local laws.
   

RETURNS FAQ

We wish to satisfy our customers with our products and services.
 

• All the requests for return will be accepted for upto 7 days from the item delivery. No return request will be entertained after 7 day period of item delivery. Returns will not be accepted on shabby and unused merchandise. Customised products are not returnable.
• At Like A Diva each product is quality checked and then shipped to the customer, but we understand that some errors can happen and we are happy to accept the returns, replace the product or refund the full amount
• We are able to accept returns on products if it is damaged during transportation / manufacturing defect / Wrong product shipped.
• Like A Diva will not provide the option of exchange for reasons such as colour mismatch or exchanges for size.
• Note : Product Image Colour varies most of the time due to Monitor Screen Resolution,  and therefore this reason for return will not be considered.
• We will try and replace the product at the earliest or issue a refund if you wish to. Upon authorization you can replace the product with another option or can ask to issue a credit note of that amount so that you can purchase later. A Credit note will be valid for three month.
• In the unlikely event, if the product arrives defective / damaged/ / Wrong you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at sales@likeadiva.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
