GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY & TIME TAKEN :
- The order delivery time for Semi Stitched & Ready to Wear styles are 10-12 days from the date of purchase . The order delivery time for Made to Measure & Standard Stitch styes are 15-18 days.
- Our reputed courier partners include DHL, fedex and the likes. They ensure timely delivery of your products.
- We will send an email confirming the shipment of the order placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number through which you can track your order.
- There is no shipping charge if the purchase made is equal to $350 or more.
- Updated import duty policy applicable from 25th Feburary 2026 - To provide a complete solution to our customers in the USA, we are glad to confirm that we have been able to secure an arrangement with our courier partners, DHL Express & FEDEX. The USA import duties and customs on any new orders on www.likeadiva.com, from 25th February 2026, will be borne by Like A Diva Limited. The customer will only pay for the goods & shipping, as advertised on the website.
- Previous import duty policy applicable to orders before 25th February 2026 - As per the earlier import duty policies by the USA government, any additional duty/taxes on all the orders placed before 25th February 2026, will be borne by the recipient.
- No deliveries are made on Sunday, though some deliveries can be made on Saturday if the address is residential.
- Order cannot be cancelled ones it is shipped.
INCASE OF DELAYS
- We will try our very best that the item reaches you on time or before time and it is very unlikely that the item delivery gets delayed.
- Time to ship the product(s) mentioned on our website is based on data provided by Courier Companies. We always endeavour to deliver products within the mentioned time frame but only sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
- If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
